Cancellation by BojaJets: We reserve the right to cancel flights due to safety concerns, weather conditions, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

Refunds: Refund eligibility and processing times are subject to the terms of your specific booking agreement.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking
Arriving at the designated location on time
Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and security requirements
Following crew instructions and safety protocols
Ensuring all travel documents are valid and in order
Respecting the aircraft and other passengers

6. Safety and Security

Safety is our highest priority. All flights are operated in compliance with applicable aviation safety regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove passengers who pose a safety risk, are intoxicated, or engage in disruptive behavior.

7. Liability and Insurance

Insurance: All flights are covered by appropriate aviation insurance as required by law. Passengers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance.

BojaJets shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or aviation authority restrictions.

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of BojaJets and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
